Payments

All unpaid goods remain the property of Computer Master until payment is received in full.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to provide fast shipping across Canada.
Estimated delivery times:
- Montreal: 1–3 business days
- Quebec/Canada: 2–5 business days
However:
- Delivery times are estimates only, not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or high demand
- We are not responsible for delays once the package is shipped
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a limited return policy under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated)
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Returns must be approved before shipping
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet conditions.
Refunds are processed after inspection.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

Warranty
