Payments

All unpaid goods remain the property of Computer Master until payment is received in full.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to provide fast shipping across Canada.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Montreal: 1–3 business days
  • Quebec/Canada: 2–5 business days

However:

  • Delivery times are estimates only, not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or high demand
  • We are not responsible for delays once the package is shipped

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a limited return policy under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated)
  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Returns must be approved before shipping

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet conditions.

Refunds are processed after inspection.

Return Shipping Responsibility
